Current Production Run Rate

Current Production Run Rate

Seems like there should be a correlation between increasing calls for orders and increased production rates. May guess would be they are making 50-75 cars per month right now (given data on # of crash test cars, drivable betas, and where they are on the call list.

If we can model this going forward we can predict our individual delivery dates with more confidence, especially for those who have higher general production reservation numbers into 2013-14.

Any spread sheet jockeys want to take a try at that? If not, how some about some educated guesses!!!

All Sig's still on track for Oct delivery!

See results data above. First reported P-174 delivery date = 11/9 ! ! !

I am a little confused but that happens often... If you are talking about the spreadsheet there are hundreds of cars missing and many many without delivery dates.

P-174 is a good sign though. I certainly hope they do not start releasing the P's before all the SSLs and SIGs are done. That will be a huge out cry since that's the only reason most of them paid that extra.... to be first and jump the line.

Those are posts from reservation holders who are TMC users. Not everyone posts all their info and the holes in the sequence numbers are well known. VB can you help Sudre with links (you are so good at that)?

Looking forward to delivery... hopefully this month or so.
Thanks Team Tesla!

Delivery Data Update

Total reported @TMC = 191 (10/13)"

Does this mean 191 cars were delivered last week?

timdorr | October 15, 2012

@frisbin: No, that's just the total number of reported cars that have a delivery date range or have received their cars. It is not the absolute number of deliveries (250+ as of 9/30 via Elon's blog post), and is just what has been reported on these forums and

It appears (based on the VINs delivered) that about 1 out of every 3.5 Tesla owners actively browses either of these forums, so there are some extrapolated numbers on the Charts sheet in my spreadsheet:

Was that the car that Elon tweeted about?
